Who are we looking for?

We are growing and looking for an Outreach Coordinator to develop and execute ongoing strategic efforts to bring awareness and promote business registration with our State Auto-IRA Programs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent the programs by leading presentations or participating in panel discussions focused on educating businesses, industry groups, or others about these new savings programs. If you’ve got a background in client service, enjoy interacting with prospective clients, and are comfortable interacting in one-on-one or group settings, we’d be delighted to connect with you!

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and manage an outreach strategy and calendar of events across state programs
  • Lead presentations promoting and explaining Secure Choice State Auto-IRA Programs
  • Create and maintain state-specific presentations in collaboration with marketing
  • Report on monthly activity and impact to overall program goals


The Necessities

  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing service or sales position
  • Experience in public speaking across a variety of audience sizes
  • Capable of working collaboratively across multiple organizations
  • Self-starter who is extremely organized and detail oriented strategic and outside of the box thinker
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong skills with Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel

The Extras

  • A deep understanding of the financial industry & financial service technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of retirement programs, state-administered Auto-IRA programs or experience working with other state savings programs

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.
