Position Summary
The Associate Scientist / Scientist of DMPK will be responsible for DMPK especially in bioanalytical method development and sample analysis for Structure Therapeutics’ small molecule projects. An individual with in-depth knowledge and expertise in small molecule bioanalysis is essential. She/he will collaborate cross-functional teams to develop bioanalytical method and deliver sample analysis result to support projects progression.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proficient in the use and maintenance of LC-MS/MS
- Responsible for the LC-MS/MS method development, optimization and qualification
- Responsible for the bioanalysis in various biological matrix samples
- Responsible for data processing, analysis, report and troubleshooting
- Track DMPK assays.
- Collaborate with other functions such as Biology, Chemistry, Toxicology, Regulatory and Clinical etc. to support drug discovery and development.
- Effectively manage interaction with external CROs to ensure high quality and on-time execution of ADME studies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in DMPK, analytical chemistry, organic chemistry or life science, with 3-5 years working experience in bioanalytical.
- Rich experience in small molecule and peptide sample bioanalysis
- Experience in handling non-rule of five small molecule sample analysis
- Experience in handling sample analysis with multiple chiral centers
- Experience in handling molecules with unstable and back-conversion (from metabolite) properties
- Experience in method development and method validation in support TK and human PK
- Familiar with bioanalytical guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Written and verbal fluency in English is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
