Marketing Executive, Demand & Intelligence

Proximie is on a mission to improve healthcare by transforming the world’s operating rooms into connected ecosystems of people, devices, and data.

Our Intelligence Suite transforms operating room (OR) performance, keeping teams in sync and workflows on track to maximise throughput. Simultaneously our computer vision and AI capabilities capture real-time data and detect surgical events – improving quality of data outputs. The result: ORs are optimised like never before – with predictive analytics and automated notifications ensuring patients and staff are in the right place at the right time.

Once practitioners are in the OR, our Surgical Suite enables real-time remote access and creates a secure video record of every procedure; improving training, education, and collaboration. It is an intuitive asset which helps instil a culture of continuous learning, accelerates the adoption of cutting-edge medical devices, and enhances surgical performance across the entire global workforce – improving outcomes and saving lives.

Proximie was commercialised in 2019 and is available in over 800 facilities globally. Check out our Founder and CEO Nadine’s Origins Story here: https://www.proximie.com/about-us/

Position Overview

As Marketing Executive, Demand and Intelligence, you will play a hands-on role within Proximie's Demand and Intelligence unit, the strategic engine of our global marketing function. You will execute demand generation campaigns, maintain the operational backbone of our lead handover framework, and keep market and competitive intelligence flowing to the commercial team. You will run paid campaigns end-to-end, keep HubSpot and lead workflows in great shape, and ensure every qualified lead is cleanly handed over to Sales, while also supporting sales enablement, performance reporting, and market insight. The role requires someone who can scan the market and keep on top of customer and competitor intel, translating this into sales enablement for our commercial teams.

This is an execution-focused role for a curious, commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and the Operational Marketing team, you'll translate strategy into activity and activity into pipeline – equally comfortable building a LinkedIn campaign, pulling a funnel report, tracking competitor moves, or drafting a one-pager for Sales. You'll be given real ownership from day one and the opportunity to grow alongside a senior leader across demand generation, intelligence, and sales enablement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across digital channels, including LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic.

  • Support account‑based marketing initiatives targeting key accounts in the US and global markets.

  • Manage campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation end‑to‑end, ensuring activity is delivered on time and on budget.

  • Track and report on lead volumes, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, and surface insight to the Senior Marketing Manager and wider commercial team.

  • Maintain and update lead records, workflows, and nurture sequences in HubSpot, keeping data hygiene and process discipline high.

  • Coordinate lead handover to the Sales team with clear documentation, owning the operational side of the lead handover framework and helping to close structural gaps in the pipeline loop.

  • Support the preparation of performance reports, funnel summaries, and closed‑loop reporting across the marketing‑to‑revenue journey.

  • Assist with ongoing market and competitive trend monitoring – tracking competitors, signals, and news – and help translate the “so what” for Marketing, Sales, and Product.

  • Support the preparation of sales enablement material, including battlecards, one‑pagers, and account‑based intelligence packs.

  • Compile data and research to feed into sales enablement, core messaging, and internal reporting.

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in buyer journey mapping, including lead scoring, grading, and nurture refinement.

  • Collaborate closely with the Operational Marketing team to ensure campaigns are supported by on‑brand content, creative, and events, and to protect delivery standards end‑to‑end.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience.

  • 2+years of experience in a marketing or demand generation role.

  • Hands‑on experience running paid campaigns – LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads as a minimum.

  • Familiarity with account‑based marketing principles and tools.

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.

  • Comfortable with data – able to read campaign performance and know what to do with it.

  • Naturally curious about the market – interested in competitors, customers, and what makes them tick, and able to translate signals into useful insight.

  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once.

  • Strong written communication skills, with a good editorial eye and the ability to write clean, on‑brand copy for campaigns, emails, and internal briefs.

  • B2B experience is a must.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or healthtech environment.

  • An agency background – we value people who have worked across multiple clients and know how to move fast.
