As the Head of Marketing - Sales Enablement & Market Access you will be the right hand to the VP of Global Marketing and EU Sales based in London. In this role, you’ll have two main responsibilities. The first will involve collaborating with Product, Clinical Analytics and Customer Success teams to build and iterate an evidence-based approach to enable market access opportunities. Activities will include focusing on converting valuable voice of customer data and output analytics from studies and the platform into stories which can illustrate the value between Proximie and customers. The second will focus on optimizing the effectiveness of Proximie’s sales teams, supporting these teams through complex sales cycles, and empowering them to build strategic customer relationships, grow revenue and deliver exceptional service.
In addition to these two primary responsibilities, you will support the global marketing team more broadly ensuring commercial readiness for new product/feature launches, whilst also continuing to drive our strong brand in the market.
For success in this role, you will need to have a track record of effectively shaping market access opportunities through building credible evidence whilst also having the ability to understand business strategy and translate it into solutions that can support the company’s business goals. You’ll also need to have excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate and relate well with key opinion leaders and clinical personnel.
