At Oviva, the Direct-to-Patient (D2P) Growth team is dedicated to expanding our active patient base through strategic digital acquisition. Our primary challenge lies in converting interest from our advertising efforts into qualified leads—ensuring potential patients are eligible for our treatments and successfully navigating the complex administrative journey between healthcare providers and insurance companies to secure treatment access. We operate internationally across all Oviva markets, managing the unique complexities of various healthcare systems and a diverse product portfolio.

Our daily focus is on optimizing the user experience from initial ad exposure to lead conversion. We strive to make the journey across ads, landing pages, and lead funnels as frictionless and relevant as possible for our various audience segments, all while scaling our operations to support new countries and products.

Essential:

• Expert-level proficiency in Java and related frameworks and libraries

• Deep knowledge on middleware services & frameworks (such as relational databases, NoSQL databases, messaging systems, etc.) and nuanced understanding of their internals.

• Demonstrated experience designing, building, and operating complex, distributed systems at scale.

• Mastery of architectural patterns, domain-driven design, and data modeling for complex systems.

• Proven ability to influence and lead large, complex technical projects without formal authority.

• Exceptional ability to navigate and resolve technical ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

• Critical and data driven mindset in problem-solving and solution design

• Active participation in technical guilds or communities of practices.

• Proficiency with cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code principles.
