At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalised, clinically effective care accessible to everyone and to deliver against our vision of becoming Europe’s leading AI-powered chronic care platform.

Our digital programmes support people living with weight-related illnesses. While weight loss is a goal for many, our approach is about so much more: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.

We’ve already supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany, with a shared service centre in Poland. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code helps move us closer to a healthier future. Join us and be part of the team making that future possible.

The Role

We believe that how we communicate with patients matters as much as the care we provide. We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager – Patient Experience who understands how users think, behave, and make decisions and knows how to turn that understanding into product communications that actually land.

This is a deeply product-focused role, not a campaign or brand management position. You'll work at the intersection of product, behaviour, and communication, partnering with Product, Clinical, Pathway, Design, and Coaching teams to ensure every patient touchpoint drives engagement, retention, and real health outcomes.

  • Solid experience in Product Marketing with a strong B2C background, you understand consumer behaviour, motivation, and decision-making at a product level.

  • This is not a marketing management role; you should have hands-on experience owning product messaging and positioning, not managing campaigns or agencies.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate output while maintaining quality.

  • Proven track record managing feature rollouts, onboarding, and lifecycle communications from strategy to execution.

  • Ability to craft in-product messaging that drives consumer engagement, motivation, and habit formation.

  • Experience applying behavioural insights and user research to shape messaging, tone, and information flow.

  • Strong storytelling skills able to make complex topics feel simple and human.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-informed decision-making.

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional, distributed teams.

  • Own messaging and positioning for onboarding, in-product, and pathway communications throughout the patient journey.

  • Lead feature rollouts end-to-end, adapting communication strategies across markets and languages.

  • Conduct audience research to understand patient needs and translate insights into input for Product and Pathway teams.

  • Partner with Clinical teams to ensure all messaging reflects medical accuracy and best practice.

  • Enable internal teams with talk tracks, FAQs, and feature overviews for Support, Success, and Coaching.

  • Champion AI-assisted ways of working to build scalable frameworks and templates that enable other teams to self-serve.

  • Track and analyse impact on patient retention and represcription, using data to drive iterative improvements.

  • Champion the patient perspective - advocating for clarity, empathy, and inclusivity at every touchpoint.
