At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalised, clinically effective care accessible to everyone and to deliver against our vision of becoming Europe’s leading AI-powered chronic care platform.

Our digital programmes support people living with weight-related illnesses. While weight loss is a goal for many, our approach is about so much more: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.

We’ve already supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany, with a shared service centre in Poland. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code helps move us closer to a healthier future. Join us and be part of the team making that future possible.

The Role

As we continue to expand our impact in the German market, we are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager. This is a high-impact role where you will own the top-of-funnel experience, bridging the gap between initial marketing interest and successful patient enrolment. You’ll be driving a high-velocity acquisition engine. Your goal is to turn curiosity into meaningful health outcomes by optimising the digital journey for potential patients. You will be the primary product person for the squad, working alongside a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and copywriters.
  • Substantial professional experience in Product Management, specifically within Growth Product Management or Growth Marketing.

  • A proven track record of building high-performing experiments in a B2C environment, ideally across landing pages and onboarding funnels.

  • You are fluent in data. You are comfortable using tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics to model impact and identify opportunities.

  • Strong ability to navigate and align the needs of diverse stakeholders across different departments.

  • Professional comprehension of German. You need to be able to read and recognise the nuances of the German language to effectively challenge copy choices on our landing pages.

  • Lead the Acquisition Squad: Drive a cross-functional team to execute a fast-paced experimentation roadmap focused on lead generation.

  • Optimise the "Pre-Patient" Journey: Own the performance of landing pages and our qualification survey. You will identify friction points and implement changes to create a frictionless user experience.

  • Master Experimentation: Run AB and multivariate tests based on competitive research and data insights. You’ll be responsible for the full cycle: hypothesising, testing, analysing statistical significance, and documenting learnings.

  • Collaborate on CRM Strategy: Partner with our CRM team to optimise email flows that convert interested subscribers (Lead 0) into qualified patients (Lead 1).

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with Marketing and Commercial leadership. You will translate high-level business goals into tactical wins and provide clear, data-driven rationales for your product decisions.
