Marketing & Communications, Sales & Business Development
Germany
Why Oviva?
At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalized, clinically effective care accessible to everyone as we build Europe’s leading AI-powered chronic care platform. Our digital programmes help people manage weight-related illnesses by focusing on what matters most: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.
To date, we have supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany. Our mission is powered by a dedicated team operating across four countries, including our hub in Poland. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future.
Our journey is accelerating: In 2026, we secured €200 million in Series D funding led by Kinnevik and a group of leading global investors. This investment fuels our next phase of growth, allowing us to scale our AI-enabled chronic care platform across Europe and expand our support to even more people living with chronic conditions.
Join us, and be part of the team making that future possible!
The role
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager (a) designs, tests, and expands rapid marketing growth initiatives across Europe to accelerate patient acquisition for our digital health applications (such as our obesity and hypertension programs in Germany). Acting as an entrepreneurial growth hacker, this individual identifies novel acquisition channels, maximizes existing platform performance, and elevates land-to-lead conversion rates (in close collaboration with our dedicated product & engineering squad). This position directly advances our mission of making personalised, clinical care accessible to everyone by building a robust, repeatable pipeline of new patient leads.
In this role, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, balancing strategic planning with a hands-on approach to executing initiatives. You will act as a subject matter expert within the Marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and evidence-based decision-making.
You will find and involve the right experts and agencies for new channels and initiatives to ensure we learn best practices as a key part of our expansion strategy.
- Growth Hacking & Rapid Experimentation Mastery: A proven track record of managing data-driven marketing initiatives and scaling paid digital acquisition channels from inception to maturity. This includes executing rapid experimentation frameworks across new channels, expanding creative volume where needed, and driving conversion rate optimization where it makes sense.
- Commercial Acumen & Financial Modeling: Strong capability to build data-driven financial business cases that translate long-term commercial goals into clear, actionable roadmaps. Demonstrated experience balancing aggressive customer acquisition scale with strict Cost Per Lead targets to continuously improve core business metrics based on analytical insights.
- Advanced Analytics & Growth Architecture: Exhibit a deeply analytical mindset with the technical expertise to design growth automation workflows, manage complex data visualisation tools, and leverage AI tools to maximise cross-functional efficiency
- Agile Problem-Solving & Resourcefulness: Exceptional agility to navigate highly ambiguous, fast-moving environments and drive immediate execution ("today rather than next week"). Proven ability to identify and collaborate with external expert networks or specialized agencies to integrate state-of-the-art testing practices, combined with the resourcefulness to independently source freelance talent or AI tools when internal team capacity is stretched.
- Minimum Viable Product Testing & Lifecycle Handover: Ability to launch nimble, unpolished baseline experiments to validate initial growth hypotheses without demanding perfect workflows upfront. Possesses the strategic capability to transition successful pilots into structured future-state processes, followed by sourcing, onboarding, and training internal talent to fully own the mature channel long-term.
Desirable
- Experience navigating performance marketing regulations within the healthcare or German digital health application sector.
- An established professional network of digital marketing experts, freelancers, and agile agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, (business) informatics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing or growth hacking, preferably in a B2C startup environment
- Fluency in English, conversational in German is a plus
- Identify and Validate Growth Opportunities: Discover and map new acquisition channels (e.g., partnerships, influencer marketing, programmatic), aggressively expand existing channels (e.g., by scaling creative volume), and execute conversion rate optimization strategies through deep personalization of landing pages and lead surveys (where needed). This role stays up to date on new trends in existing channels & potential new channels by monitoring ad platform changes, competitors and the overall market.
- Construct Robust Business Cases: Build high-level commercial business cases for every new testing initiative, establishing clear parameters for target scale and acceptable Cost Per Lead boundaries that successfully transition channels from experimentation to maturity.
- Own and Establish State-of-the-Art Testing Protocols: Architect world-class testing methodologies and integrate automated tools or AI applications, establishing institutional best practices that elevate the performance marketing capabilities
- Execute Minimum Viable Product Experiments: Launch fast, agile experiments to validate core hypotheses without demanding flawless internal processes initially, moving rapidly to define the long-term operational vision once lead volume and scalability are proven.
- Drive Fast-Paced Execution: Maintain an exceptional bias for action to push initiatives forward today rather than tomorrow, breaking through resource bottlenecks by independently sourcing freelance talent or leveraging AI tools when internal capacity is stretched.
- Lead Channel Lifecycle & Strategic Handover: Drive the end-to-end strategy for scaling promising initiatives from ad view to conversion. Define the future-state operational infrastructure, build training documentation, and seamlessly onboard team members to manage mature channels
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong collaboration with key stakeholders, both within Oviva’s marketing team to share insights and best practices, and with external teams and stakeholders, driving and contributing to cross-functional projects.
