Germany
At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalised, clinically effective care accessible to everyone as we build Europe’s leading AI-powered chronic care platform. Our digital programmes help people manage weight-related illnesses by focusing on what matters most: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.
To date, we have supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany. Our mission is powered by a dedicated team operating across four countries, including our hub in Poland. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future.
As we scale, we are looking to add two Senior Product Managers to our team. You will lead one of our high-impact squads, focusing on core logging and cutting-edge AI features, or on gamification and long-term habit formation.
The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, your mission is to create easy-to-use mobile products that help our patients build healthy habits for life. You will lead a high-performing squad and manage one of two critical pillars of the patient journey:
1. Easy Tracking and Feedback: You will make logging food and activity intuitive and use AI to provide personalised insights and suggestions on how to improve.
2. Long-Term Habits: You will work with clinical and behaviour change experts to design personalized plans, with rewards and "nudges" that keep patients motivated and build positive long term habits.
The role will be part of the group developing our proprietary behavioural change engine, which is at the core of Oviva’s digital health intervention.
You have deep experience in Product Management, within mobile-first, consumer-facing environments where user engagement and retention were the primary outcomes.
You thrive in ambiguity and can demonstrate strong decision making with partial information and constraints
You are outcome orientated with a proven track record of moving KPIs and delivering user impact, not just shipping code.
You have strong product judgement and can form a direction, rooted in insights, data and user feedback.
You are comfortable defining measurement frameworks, designing A/B tests, and implementing tracking from scratch
You can develop a long term strategy and break it down into a clear, actionable milestones that both engineers, designers and clinical experts can get behind.
You are AI literate and understand where the technology can compound value in products you build or for your team’s productivity.
Big Plus if you also have:
Experience in Digital Health or behavioural science.
A background in leveraging gamification to drive business metrics.
Experience building community-based product features.
While we operate in English, German language skills are an advantage as we grow our impact in the German market.
Drive the Strategy: You do not just follow a plan; you help create it. You analyse data to identify where patients struggle and design new solutions to help them succeed.
Lead Discovery: Run your own qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to deeply understand our patients.
Solve Technical Challenges: You will partner closely with engineers to build modern mobile features. You are a problem-solver who finds smart ways to work within existing technical systems.
Connect Clinical and Tech: You take complex clinical rules and turn them into clear, simple instructions for your developers. You make sure everyone, from doctors to engineers, understands the goal.
Move the Metrics: Take full ownership of key engagement depth, retention, and NPS targets.
- Focus on Results: You are responsible for keeping patients engaged. You use data to prove what works and to constantly improve the app to help patients achieve better health outcomes.
