To date, we have supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany. Our mission is powered by a dedicated team operating across four countries, including our hub in Poland. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future.
Our journey is accelerating: In 2026, we secured €200 million in Series D funding led by Kinnevik and a group of leading global investors. This investment fuels our next phase of growth, allowing us to scale our AI-enabled chronic care platform across Europe and expand our support to even more people living with chronic conditions.

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to act as the strategic engine behind our patient retention and represcription growth. In this high-impact role, you will own the financial modelling and analytical frameworks that inform how we grow from our existing patient base.
You will not just report on numbers; you will uncover the underlying drivers and mechanics of patient behaviour, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies. Actively linking Finance, Product, and Commercial teams, you will directly influence our ability to help more patients improve their health for the long term.
Advanced Financial Modelling: Exceptional skills in building complex multi-year, multi-product business models, including cohorted analyses and forecasting.
Financial Fluency: A solid understanding of financial statements and core accounting principles. You can connect operational data to financial outcomes and communicate these impacts effectively
Analytical Translation: Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into simple, commercially relevant concepts for senior stakeholders.
Strategic Mindset: You go beyond data reporting to understand the "why" and "how," proactively identifying levers to drive business growth.
Technical Implementation: Ability to design and guide the technical implementation of data models and infrastructure (e.g., dbt models).
Relevant Experience: Background in product & CRM analytics or growth analytics, ideally gained in a high-growth B2B or B2B2C business environment.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with SQL and BI visualization tools (such as Looker, Tableau, or Thoughtspot) to extract, manipulate, and visualize data independently.
University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or commercial finance, preferably within a tech or growth-focused environment.
Own Represcription (Rx) Business Modelling & Forecasting: Develop and manage complex, bottom-up business models for represcription revenue. You will own the rolling forecast and provide critical inputs for budget and outlook discussions.
Lead Strategic Deep-Dives: Drive deep-dive analyses into represcription behaviour and opportunity areas. You will identify drivers, timing, and patient segments to uncover levers that strategically increase represcriptions.
Guide BI & Data Implementation: Define concepts for Rx tracking and attribution and guide the Business Intelligence team on the technical implementation of these models.
Evolve the Reporting Suite: Lead the evolution and harmonisation of our reporting suite. You will define the necessary views and metrics, ensuring integration and alignment with other teams
Translate Insight into Strategy: Prepare high-quality reports for senior management. You will translate complex analytical findings into simple concepts and proactively mine for insights that drive commercial strategy.
