About the Role

MoEngage is hiring a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to own enablement for the APAC Sales org — spanning SDRs, AEs, and SCs. You'll drive rep readiness from day one through tenure, and build the tools that make the field faster and sharper.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding

  • Design and run structured onboarding for new SDRs/AEs/SCs — product, sales methodology, process, and tooling

  • Build certification checkpoints and ramp-time benchmarks; track time-to-first-deal and ramp velocity

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify onboarding gaps by role and region

2. Everboarding

  • Own ongoing skill development: certifications, refresher trainings, win/loss debriefs, call coaching programs

  • Run regular enablement cadences (office hours, roleplays, update briefings)

  • Build and maintain performance metrics tracking (rep proficiency, content engagement, quota attainment correlation)

3. Shipping GTM Productivity Tools

  • Identify workflow gaps across the Sales org and ship tools (including AI-powered ones) to close them

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate tools into Salesforce, Slack, and CRM workflows

  • Drive adoption of new tools and AI agents across the region

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement or GTM roles at a multi-product B2B SaaS company with distributed/global teams

  • Fast learner — able to pick up any product or domain quickly and translate it into enablement content

  • Skilled at enabling teams through multiple mediums (live training, async docs, video, in-app tools)

  • A strong individual contributor who can fully own the APAC region with minimal oversight

  • Proven experience building onboarding/certification programs at scale

  • Hands-on experience with enablement tooling (call intelligence, content platforms, CRM, Slack)

  • Comfort working with AI tools to build or improve enablement workflows

  • Strong stakeholder management across the Sales org
