Description
The engineer in this role will belong to the WEB SDK team of MoEngage and is a niche role for helping our customers across the globe to integrate our SDK on multiple frameworks of the WEB platform.
We are looking for a customer-obsessed and tech-savvy engineer who has development experience on Web and the latest frameworks and who goes to all lengths and breadth of the product and relevant stakeholders to ensure our customers reap the best benefits of the MoEngage platform
Job responsibilities

Understand complex Integration requirements to solve customer business problems.

Work on customer issues via Support tickets and help customers resolve issues when integrating our SDK into Web platforms.

Understanding of Technical/Integration solutions.

Technical integration of B2B platform with customers, platforms, partners and communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide technical consultation to companies integrating with B2B business

Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve customer issues via various support channels like calls, zendesk tickets and emails

Closely work with Web Engineering team on debugging issues, understand the new features or release pipeline, work on individual tasks provided by engineering tech leads

Help Sales Engineering ,Customer Success and On boarding team to guide new and premium customers to integrate Moengage SDK with their Web applications seamlessly without any issues after understanding their use cases
Skills required
At least 1-2 years of experience in Web Application development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a team player.
Provide best-in-class technical guidance and support for integration issues or queries
Have a ready-to-learn attitude.
Have a customer-first mindset.
Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JAVASCRIPT.
Sound knowledge of Web Debugging tools.
Good to have experience with SDKs, React JS/ Next JS/ Shopify development
