The job opening with the DPM Team at Monengage involves the operation of highly-available RESTful web-services for ingesting a large volume of events and product items per minute. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining a scalable and dependable pipeline to process feeds items in different formats and handle events generated by millions of users worldwide on a daily basis. Additionally, the team provides a platform for serving personalized campaigns, ranging from query-based to AI-based recommendations, at a rate of 300K campaigns per minute.
- Strong coding skills, 1-3 years of experience in Backend development.
- Knowledge and interest in handling distributed systems.
- Proficiency in one of the high-level programming languages. Preferably: Python/Java
- Familiarity with at least one of the cloud computing infrastructure - GCP / Azure / AWS.
- Experience with API development & Integration.
- Hands-on experience in developing backend applications using REST APIs.
- Familiarity with ElasticSearch, MongoDB is a plus.
- Awareness of Secure Development process and practices
- Awareness on Information Security concepts and Best Practices
