We are currently looking for IT Administrator to join our NYC team. See the below for details!

Responsibilities:
  • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, including Macs and PCs, utilizing Windows 10, macOS, Google Workspace, wireless devices, antivirus software, security software, etc.
  • Manage Identity and Access Management tools such as Okta.
  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain records of support requests and resolutions.
  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding of all personnel.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on IT tools and best practices.
  • Document steps and procedures internally using an internal documentation platform.
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a helpdesk role.
  • Preferably experienced in finance or startup environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • VPN client administration.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and in a team environment.
  • Optional or a plus: certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Jamf Certification, Intune Certification, or Cisco Certified Network Associate).

Base pay for this role is expected to be between $94,000 - $127,000 USD for New York City and San Francisco Bay Area. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as location, skillset, experience, and qualifications.
