Key Responsibilities

This is how you'll help us succeed

  • Lead scalable go-to-market strategy, messaging, and enablement across verticals, buyer personas, and revenue stages
  • Build and maintain a centralized GTM Intelligence Hub that gives revenue teams easy access to current enablement resources and insights
  • Own market sizing and intelligence to guide GTM prioritization, growth planning, and resource allocation across target markets
  • Translate product capabilities and releases into clear market messaging, launch readiness, and sales enablement that drive adoption while identifying any gaps
  • Serve as a strategic bridge across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, enablement, and customer communications
  • Lead AI-driven competitive and market intelligence that equips revenue teams with timely insights and differentiated positioning
  • Gather win/loss and customer feedback insights to identify trends and improve GTM strategy, positioning, and enablement
  • Support board reporting by helping prepare monthly presentations with data, narrative framing, and GTM performance context
  • Create strategic thought leadership content aligned to market opportunities, customer needs, and revenue growth priorities

Qualifications

Applicants for this role will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Product and/or Marketing, preferably at a payments or financial services company
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with multiple stakeholders while maintaining ownership and driving timely execution
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to take complex concepts and write about their value for the client/prospect
  • Demonstrated experience tracking and reporting on KPIs that illustrate the impact marketing has on business goals and revenue
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Passionate about marketing and communications, with demonstrated ability to deliver B2B campaign results
