The Successful Candidate Will Bring:
- A proven track record of exceeding retention and growth expectations across a multi‑product platform, consistently strengthening customer relationships and expanding account value.
- Hands‑on payments experience with the ability to drive adoption and usage through a mix of product capabilities, content, and human interactions.
- A true customer champion, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to create a tight feedback loop that feeds directly into product strategy and enhance customer journeys.
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end customer journeys, with the ability to identify key moments that can be influenced through technology and human touchpoints.
- A strong track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, navigating complex organizational structures, and influencing decision-making across complex customer environments.
Qualifications
Applicants for this role will have:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+years of experience in a payments or financial services environment within a customer‑facing role.
- A consistent history of outperforming retention and cross‑sell goals.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and preferably with experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- A strong ability to prioritize, execute, and exceed KPIs, even in high‑velocity environments.
- Reliability in completing follow‑ups and tasks within defined timeframes.
- A growth‑minded, highly motivated approach with a drive to learn, evolve, and succeed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable narratives.
- Eligible to work in European Economic Area or United Kingdom, preferably already based in region.
