What You Will Be Doing

As a Marketing Manager at Bluebird Kids Health, you'll play a crucial role in helping us drive patient growth in the communities we serve. You'll work directly with our marketing leadership on a wide range of initiatives spanning digital marketing, community outreach, content creation, and brand building. In our fast-paced startup environment, you'll have the opportunity to learn rapidly and contribute meaningfully to our mission of transforming pediatric care.

Key Activities You’ll Perform

  • Develop marketing briefs across our marketing campaigns, including digital channels and promotional programs
  • Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance, including ad performance, survey results
  • Develop and build new multi-channel campaigns, serving as a guiding hand for individual projects
  • Serve as a sounding board for community outreach events and local marketing initiatives, and occasionally staff larger events
  • Contribute to overall website updates, and digital advertising efforts
  • Manage consultants and vendor relationships
  • Support brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Assist with market research to understand patient needs and preferences

What You Will Bring

  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with some experience in healthcare or a startup environment
  • Exceptional digital fluency with experience in social media management, digital analytics, and offline promotional programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy, adaptability, and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Creative problem-solving approach and attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing tools such as social media management tools, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Interest in healthcare, particularly pediatric care (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Figma, Canva or basic Adobe Creative Suite skills a plus
