Whatfix
Who are we?
Whatfix is an AI platform advancing the “userization” of enterprise applications, empowering companies to maximize the ROI of their digital investments. Technology needs adoption. It’s no different for AI. As AI reshapes roles, workflows, and human-machine interactions, it also introduces new layers of complexity and user friction. This is where Whatfix plays a pivotal role. A decade old DNA of empowering people to succeed with technology and not replacing them. We call this philosophy Userization: the belief that technology must adapt to the user, not the other way around.
At the heart of userization philosophy is ScreenSense, our proprietary AI engine, which continuously interprets both the context of what users are doing in an application or an AI tool and the intent behind their actions. By combining these signals, Whatfix delivers real-time guidance, nudges, knowledge, and automation directly in the flow of work.
This intelligence powers our entire product suite.
- Digital Adoption helps users get productive faster.
- Product Analytics uncovers friction and closes adoption gaps.
- Mirror allows employees to train in safe, simulated environments.
These are embedded with Whatfix AI Agents which supercharge creation, insights, and user guidance.
Our upcoming AI-first products are already creating a buzz in the market.

Position Overview:
Mission
To transform our global GTM dashboard ecosystem into a high-velocity engine for growth. This person will move beyond "reporting" to proactively identify friction in our global sales motion (NA, EMEA, and IndustryMotion) and optimize our investment in GenAI and GTM tools.
Outcomes
An A-player will hit these specific milestones within the first year:
-
Global Dashboard Governance: Full ownership of the 6+ core trackers (NA, EMEA, Business (CEO), Sales, Finance, Marketing, IndustryMotion/GenAI). Success is defined by 100% data consistency across regions, ensuring a VP can compare NA and EMEA performance without manual normalization.
-
The "So-What" Bi-Weekly Cadence: Move the team from reactive data pulls to a weekly Insight Briefing. Instead of just updating a GTM Analytics Tracker, you will provide actionable observations per week that highlight gaps in overall GTM. shifts.
-
GTM Tool Utilization Optimization: Conduct a deep-dive analysis of tool usage. Identify underutilized licenses or overlapping tool functionalities to drive optimization in SaaS spend or increase in adoption.
-
Cross-Functional Sync: Act as the primary analytical bridge between the multiple GTM Ops teams, ensuring that the outcomes align cross-functionally. For example, "Marketing Tracker" outcomes (MQLs/SQLs) align perfectly with the "Regional Sales Trackers" (Pipeline/Closed Won).
Behavioral Fit
-
Strategic Insight: You don’t just manage dashboards but are a proactive investigator who understands the business dynamics and highlights red flags in data before they become more than symptoms of unwanted system challenges
-
Analytical Persistence: You have the 5-6 years of experience required to dig into the "why" when numbers don't tie out between the EMEA and NA trackers.
-
Proactivity: You operate as a "Predictive Analyst." You flag a pipeline shortfall in the IndustryMotion tracker before the end of the quarter.
-
Technical Artistry: You aren't just a spreadsheet or BI Tool expert; you build dashboards that are "Executive Ready".
Key Responsibilities (The Technical Mix)
-
Dashboard Architecture: Manage and iterate on the existing Google Sheets/BI trackers (NA, EMEA, Marketing, IndustryMotion).
-
Data Storytelling: Present monthly findings to GTM leadership, focusing on conversion rates, rep productivity, and regional variance.
-
Tool Analysis: Audit the GTM tech stack usage to ensure we are getting the value we were promised and accepted by the user team when we bought the tool.
Qualifications
-
5-6 Years Experience: In Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or GTM Strategy.
-
Hard Skills: Expert in Google Sheets/Excel (complex modeling), CRM (Salesforce), BI Tool (Looker preferred), and SQL/Python. Ability to use Google’s AI Suite is a minimum expectation.
-
Experience with GTM Tools: Familiarity with GenAI sales tools, sequencing tools, and marketing attribution models.
