Overview

Business Systems Analyst, GTM Systems

Business Technology | HealthEdge

HealthEdge is in a period of rapid growth and consolidation following recent mergers. The Business Technology team exists to make sure the systems that power our business keep up – not just running, but evolving alongside the teams that depend on them. We’re hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join our GTM Systems team and help us do exactly that.

The GTM Systems team owns Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack that powers how our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and Support organizations operate. As a BSA, you’ll be a core contributor on that team – building and maintaining solutions, partnering with GTM stakeholders to translate business needs into system changes, and helping the team run well day to day.

If you love turning business problems into clean system solutions, are genuinely curious about how AI tools can change the way work gets done, and thrive when you’re learning something new every week – this role is for you.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Build and ship.
  • Build and ship. Contribute to Salesforce platform work across your GTM domain – configuration, flows, objects and data – from requirements through deployment and ongoing support.
  • Support AI enablement. Participate in AI strategy work alongside senior teammates – learning how AI tools like Claude and Salesforce Einstein are applied to GTM workflows and contributing to implementation.
  • Be a reliable partner. Build working relationships with GTM stakeholders – gathering requirements clearly, communicating progress honestly, and following through on what you commit to.
  • Think before you build. Develop the habit of thinking upstream and downstream before making changes – understanding what else a solution might touch and flagging risks before they become problems.
  • Connect your work to outcomes. Start building the habit of understanding why you’re building something, not just what – connecting system changes to the business problems they’re solving.
  • Use AI in your work. Actively use AI tools in your daily workflow – for documentation, analysis, testing and solution design – and help build a team culture where AI-first is the default.
  • Keep the lights on. Support platform health: data integrity, security, integrations and the day-to-day responsiveness that keeps end users moving.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in business systems, sales/revenue operations, or GTM technology roles
  • Salesforce experience with a builder’s mindset – you’re most comfortable when you’re in the system doing the work, not just reading about it; Salesforce Admin certification is a plus but not required if you have hands-on experience
  • Solid grounding in Salesforce fundamentals – objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports and dashboards; you may not have seen every scenario yet but you learn fast and know how to find answers
  • Curiosity about AI tools – you already reach for AI in your work (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or others), experiment on your own, and are genuinely interested in how AI can change how GTM teams operate; not just willing to use AI when asked, but actively curious
  • Clear communication – you can translate what stakeholders are asking for into what actually needs to be built, and you know when to ask a clarifying question versus when to move
  • Basic data fluency – you can work with data in Salesforce to validate what you’ve built and identify when something looks wrong
  • Comfort with ambiguity – this team is building its own playbook and you’ll help write it; you don’t need perfect specs to get started, you just need enough to ask the right questions
  • Familiarity with the GTM ecosystem – some exposure to how marketing automation, CS platforms or support tooling connect to Salesforce is a plus, but not required

HealthEdge is an equal opportunity employer. We’re building a team that reflects the diversity of the people we serve.
