The Day Center Supervisor ensures participants receive a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience while at our day centers. This role oversees daily center operations, supports and leads the day center team, and helps maintain a welcoming environment that meets participants’ needs.

On the day-to-day, you will:
- Guide Personal Care Assistants and Dietary Assistants, as well as direct day-to-day operations of the day center floor
- Oversee scheduling efforts for the day center, including staff schedules, day center attendance, and external appointments
- Partner with Transportation, Engagement, and other applicable teams to coordinate services for participants
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed
Job requirements include:
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience, in a healthcare environment preferred
- In-depth experience working with seniors in a supportive, engaging environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
