This role leads day-to-day audit readiness activities, manages audit preparation processes, and supports the successful execution of federal, state, and internal mock audits across WelbeHealth markets. That’s why we offer:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)</li> <li>Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days</li> <li>401K savings + match</li> <li>Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus</li> <li>And additional benefits!</li> </ul> <p><strong>On the day-to-day, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the operational coordination and execution of regulatory audits including CMS, SAA, and internal mock audits</li> <li>Assist with onsite and remote audit preparation activities with market and central teams</li> <li>Coordinate and track audit deliverables including but not limited to universes, pre-audit documentation requests, RAIs, and other documentation submissions to ensure timely and accurate audit execution</li> <li>Coordinate responses to auditor requests and facilitate communication between Operational, Quality, and center teams during audits, as well as support the execution of enterprise mock audits and audit readiness assessments</li> <li>Collaborate with Quality Directors on audit findings to ensure accurate and timely completion of corrective action plans (CAPs), as well as collaborate with Quality and Operational teams to support root cause analyses and development of CAPs related to audit findings as needed</li> <li>Develop and implement standardized audit processes, tools, and workflows to support all audit activities, as well as collaborate with Compliance, Training, and Operational stakeholders to support audit readiness education</li> <li>Maintain audit tracking systems, tools, and dashboards to monitor audit readiness, findings, remediation status, and operational progress</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job requirements include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; professional experience may be substituted; master’s degree preferred</li> <li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality, compliance or regulatory audits in a healthcare setting</li> <li>Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members; three (3) years of experience supervising programs and program development may be substituted</li> <li>PACE experience highly desired</li> <li>Experience with managing data and conducting analyses using productivity suite software including complex spreadsheets</li> <li>Extensive MS office suite experience, health information management expertise, and experience with SmartSheets preferred</li> <li>Highly motivated, inspirational leader who is able to innovatively engage, support and remove barriers to ensure the team consistently meets established goals</li> </ul> <p>We are seeking a Manager, Quality Audit Operations who is passionate about building a culture of audit readiness and operational excellence in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
