The Digital Marketing Manager is accountable for driving participant growth through paid digital channels. This role involves managing and optimizing campaign budgets, executing data-driven strategies to scale performance, and contributing to broader marketing objectives. The position requires a balance of tactical execution and strategic thinking, along with strong collaboration across teams to support WelbeHealth’s goals, values, and mission.
This role is different because the Digital Marketing Manager at WelbeHealth:
- Owns end-to-end campaign execution with real budget accountability – working hands-on in platforms daily, directly managing six-figure monthly spend, optimizing performance in real time, and driving measurable growth in participant enrollment
- Blends performance marketing with innovation in a highly regulated space – testing new channels, leveraging AI tools, and continuously optimizing across the full funnel

On the day-to-day, you will:
- Plan, build, and manage SEM/PPC campaigns through Google Search and Bing, as well as manage connected TV (CTV) campaigns and report on metrics in a clear and concise manner
- Adopt and integrate AI tools across the marketing function - prompt engineering, AI-powered analytics, automated workflows, and LLM-assisted content and copy production - to compress execution timelines, scale output, and maintain a measurable edge over competitors
- Drive upper and lower funnel results through social media advertising, demonstrating the ability to target seniors with relevant, captivating creative that inspires action
- Manage omnichannel campaign spend, ensuring that campaigns stay within budget and exceed CAC goals, as well as build reports to measure campaign effectiveness and inform optimizations
- Support website development and spearhead a landing page testing plan to support demand generation, as well as develop an SEO strategy and execute on-site and off-site adjustments to improve search engine ranking positions
- Evaluate all of WelbeHealth’s current customer acquisition paths and identify areas for improvement and growth, quickly capitalizing on low hanging fruit
- Work with our email/marketing automation tool, building and maintaining nurture streams to prospective participants to progressively engage them on WelbeHealth’s value proposition
Job requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Must be willing to travel up to 15% of the time to WelbeHealth centers and offsite meetings
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital marketing; experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environments is highly desired
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience building AI automations with impactful examples of AI-based builds that help streamline demand generation efforts
- Deep experience with Google Ad Words, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Ad Center; Google Paid search certification is a strong plus
- Knowledge of Meta advertising best practices, and experience directly managing paid social ads
- Experience directly managing at least $100K/month in paid media spend, with a demonstrated track record of hitting monthly budgets while achieving upper and lower funnel goals
- Hubspot or similar enterprise marketing automation platform experience strongly preferred; familiarity with SFDC CRM and building Salesforce reports to tie campaign tactics to ROI
