Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Manage the delivery of our high-quality ambulatory clinic care and oversee a high-performing, well-equipped clinic team ensuring workflow efficiency, clarity, and protocols

RN Case Manager:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each participant's unique needs

Clinic RN:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, administer treatments, and provide health education to participants and their families

Enrollment RN:
- Conduct thorough assessments to assess eligibility and guide seniors and their families through the enrollment process for our PACE program

Home Health RN:
- Provide skilled nursing care to seniors, perform home assessments, develop personalized care plans, and coordinate services to meet the evolving needs of our participants

RN Job Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a minimum of one (1) year of experience as an RN
- Current and unencumbered RN license in California
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in senior healthcare or PACE preferred, but not required

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $47.74 - $63.02 hourly + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and role.
