As we continue to serve our current markets and expand into new territories to best serve our participants, our Provider Partnership team leads the charge by building meaningful relationships with our provider network partners, while ensuring excellent clinical care to those we serve.
We are super excited to expand the team in Stockton, CA by adding a Senior Provider Partnership Associate who will oversee our provider partnerships in our Stockton & Modesto markets.
Essential Job Duties:
- Establish and maintain relationships with our high-quality network of aligned providers through office and virtual visits, telephone calls, prompt resolution of issues, and excellent customer service
- Lead as an exceptional example of how to create strong partnerships both internally with our market leadership team and externally with the market’s provider network with deep knowledge of the local market(s) in your assigned region
- Direct impactful cross-functional relationships with other teams in Health Plan Services to ensure smooth operational integration across all aspects of the provider partnership function
- Proactively contribute to thought-partnership on how to further service our provider network partners and measure provider satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in provider relations, field-based work
- Proven to go above and beyond in building trust-based relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and delivering service-centric experiences
- Willingness to travel on-site to assigned region on a regular basis to build trust-based relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $86,670.18 to $108,337.72 annually + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
