About the role:

This Position will be to improve quality standards and practices, support teams with best-in-class QA automation tooling and frameworks, as well as contribute to e2e tests and other testing as needed. You will collaborate with other QA Automation engineers, taking initiative and driving progress toward our QA practices and automation tooling. We are looking for an experienced QA to join the Quality Assurance engineering team.

This is a hybrid position with a requirement of 3 full days in our Omaha, NE office.

Responsibilities:

  • Design test processes and procedures to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.  Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.  In-depth functional testing – Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met and are “fit-for-purpose” through end-to-end functional and automation testing.
  • Work closely with software developers and product managers to resolve issues.
  • Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers on tasks related to the planning, testing, and coordinating release activities.
  • Participate in user story creation process through dissection of high-level requirements during team review or backlog grooming sessions.

About You:

  • 5+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with automation testing experience.
  • QA Expert in the Salesforce.com, Web, and Backend Service Platform
  • Experience with salesforce and web automation testing using Open tool
  • Familiarity with Appium or Selenium WebDriver, and testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber  Comfortable using Git, and experienced with CI tools like Jenkins, and test management tools like JIRA & TestRail
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Groovy, Ruby, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Knowledge of testing integrations, and end-to-end system processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Interest in taking ownership of products and projects.
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.
  • Needs to possess excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines
  • It's a bonus if:
    • You have a Salesforce Admin certification
