Unbox Robotics is a deep-tech robotics company building the world's most space-efficient warehouse sorting systems. Our swarm robotics platform — UnboxSort — enables e-commerce, retail, and 3PL operators to sort at 3–5× the throughput of conventional systems, in a fraction of the floor space.

Role Overview
The Marketing Director will be responsible for defining and executing the overall marketing strategy for Unbox Robotics across global markets.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and requires someone who can drive brand awareness, demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing, industry engagement, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience marketing complex B2B technology solutions and working closely with sales teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build and strengthen the Unbox Robotics brand across target geographies and industries.
- Define annual marketing plans, budgets, priorities, and performance metrics.
- Establish marketing processes, operating rhythms, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Build and manage internal and external marketing resources including agencies, consultants, and vendors.
Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing
- Own marketing contribution to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Develop integrated demand generation programs across digital, events, partnerships, and outbound channels.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- Develop account-based marketing strategies for enterprise opportunities.
- Drive marketing programs supporting international market expansion.
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Develop product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
- Translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer-focused narratives.
- Create sales enablement assets including:
- Case Studies
- Customer Success Stories
- Product Brochures
- Battle Cards
- Presentations
- Whitepapers
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to support new product launches.
Digital Marketing & Brand Building
- Own website strategy, SEO, content marketing, and digital presence.
- Drive social media strategy across corporate channels.
- Manage performance marketing initiatives and digital campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor brand awareness, engagement, and digital performance metrics.
Public Relations & Industry Engagement
- Lead media relations, PR initiatives, and thought leadership activities.
- Build relationships with industry publications, analysts, associations, and influencers.
- Develop executive visibility programs for company leadership.
- Manage award submissions, speaking opportunities, and industry recognition programs.
Events & Market Outreach
- Lead participation in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, customer events, and webinars.
- Develop event strategies that support brand visibility and pipeline generation.
- Manage event budgets, execution, and post-event ROI analysis.
- Support strategic customer and partner engagement initiatives.
Marketing Analytics & Performance
- Define and track marketing KPIs and business impact metrics.
- Measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights studies.
- Present marketing performance and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
Must Have
- Strong experience developing and executing B2B marketing strategies.
- Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience working closely with enterprise sales organizations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and brand development.
- Ability to translate complex technical products into customer-focused messaging.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in Robotics, Automation, Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or B2B SaaS sectors.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Slintel, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing global marketing initiatives.
- Understanding of warehouse automation and supply chain technology markets.
- Exposure to graphic design, creative tools, and marketing content production.
Eligible Candidates
Desired Qualification
- MBA in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Engineering background combined with marketing experience is an added advantage.
Work Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, or Marketing Leadership roles.
- Experience leading marketing programs in technology, automation, industrial, robotics, or logistics-related industries preferred.
