Looking for a candidate who is qualified Company secretary and has graduated from law school / university. Work will include company law compliance, maintaining corporate records as per company law, conducting board and general meetings, drafting agenda, minutes and notices for the meetings, completing MCA filing with the help of consultant, looking into legal aspects of the company, maintaining legal records such as NDAs, agreements, forms, letters etc, working along side corporate lawyer, overlooking the entire CS and legal department, arranging the regular audits and ensuring that audit is successfully concluded
