Technical Product Manager – Single Threaded Leader (TraceLink, Inc. – Wilmington, MA): Responsible for work prioritization, execution, delivery, and adoption of the product within their domain area.

Duties include:

  • Lead and set direction for scrum teams in your product area as Scrum Master and Product Owner to deliver product to our customers aligned with company goals and roadmaps.
  • Prepare roadmap strategy aligned with STO and business objectives.
  • Work closely with Scrum Teams as the primary stakeholder, ensuring alignment on roadmap, technical approach, and risk management.
  • Drive alignment and ownership around product delivery through self-managed, cross-functional Scrum teams.
  • Be accountable for the successful adoption of the product in your area of responsibility, ensuring all team members understand their customer business needs/challenges and use cases with a high level of clarity to implement the right features with the correct architecture to ensure scalability, usability and supportability.
  • Consolidate and report on product estimates and forecasts.
  • Be accountable for delivery and customer adoption in your product area of responsibility.
  • Work with functional managers to build an engaging environment that leverages team members’ strengths, allowing them to develop in their careers.
  • Drive the hiring and people evaluation process in partnership with Managers.
  • Coach and mentor and create development plans for team members to ensure proper growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other STLs cross domains to learn, address dependencies and drive efficiencies in delivering product to the market.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Product Management, or a related field, plus 6 years of experience as a Software Developer, Product Manager or similar role.

Experience must include the following:

  1. 6 years of experience with API product development with Agile software lifecycle;
  2. 6 years of experience utilizing SaaS and/or cloud deployment environments;
  3. 5 years of experience with Metadata modeling for Business Objects driving No-Code User Interfaces;
  4. 5 years of experience utilizing IDE and other developer-facing features for application development;
  5. 5 years of experience utilizing Low Code Application Development;
  6. 5 years of experience building or specifying platform systems such as SAP, Oracle or SalesForce;
  7. 5 years of experience utilizing Java/JavaScript development environments and Kubernetes;
  8. 5 years of experience utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure cloud platforms.

Salary:

$175,211.56 to $216,375.07
