Overview

As a member of the TraceLink University organization, the TraceLink Curriculum University Operations Manager has responsibility for managing, coordinating and supporting the TraceLink University team, including customer facing communications, delivery of the training program of both public and onsite training events.

TraceLink University Operations Manager Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manages administrative systems and procedures required to support the TraceLink University business to ensure workloads are planned and the department runs efficiently.

  • Responsible for supporting instructors during virtual live training sessions, which could span multiple time zones.

  • Manages onboarding and offboarding users with TraceLink University subscriptions.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, including customer questions or feedback, deployment communications, etc.

  • Serves as the primary administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Provides and maintains monthly metric spreadsheet for TraceLink management.

  • Helps to develop and implement an evaluation program for training and courses.

  • Maintains a schedule of public classes and spearhead strategies to fill sessions.

  • Coordinate trainers’ schedules and assign classes to trainers based on availability.

  • Documents and enhances operational processes for maximum efficiency.

  • Collaborates with and manages training partner relationships.

  • Supports internal TraceLink learners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline, Education, or relevant work experience.

  • Program or project manager experience of 2-5 years.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably in an administrator role.

  • Experience with SalesForce CRM.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills plus sense of urgency when warranted.

  • Ideally, candidates will have experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS)-based training.

  • Passion for learning, helping others, and constant improvement.

  • Experience with MadCap Flare, Articulate Storyline preferred.
