We are seeking a talented Media Production Manager responsible for creating high-quality, engaging visual content for a variety of platforms. This role involves producing, recording, and editing video content for TraceLink's website, social media, events, and campaigns, while also capturing professional-grade photography for marketing needs.

The ideal candidate will bring creative direction, manage content assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of polished, on-brand video and photographic content that aligns with broader marketing goals and objectives. Strong project management skills are essential to overseeing the full production process from concept to completion and working across teams.

We are seeking candidates with experience working in media houses, large corporate environments, or big agencies. Please note, that we are not considering applicants with freelance experience for this role

Responsibilities include:

  • Video Recording and Production: Produce, record, and edit top-tier and on-brand video content tailored for platforms including the TraceLink website, social media, events, demand generation campaigns, and paid media, among others. This includes educutional and enablement content, promotional content, product demos, tutorials, interviews, conference wrap-up "sizzle" reels, and much more.

  • Creative Direction: Partner with the TraceLink University and Marketing teams to develop video concepts that align with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives. Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to enhance content engagement.

  • Post-Production: Edit raw footage based on specific instructions from the marketing team into polished final outputs, incorporating color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and special effects as needed. Ensure all content is on-brand, meets technical requirements, and is delivered on schedule.

  • Content Management: Organize and manage video assets, including footage, images, graphics, and other multimedia elements. Maintain an efficient workflow to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with content, product marketing, business management, design, and campaign management teams to ensure visual content aligns with broader marketing initiatives and meets campaign goals.

  • Quality Assurance: Review and refine video and photographic content to maintain high-quality standards. Continuously improve production quality and stay current with the latest trends and techniques in video, photography, and editing.

  • Project Management: Manage the entire production process from concept to final delivery for both video and photography projects. Effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

  • Photography: Capture high-quality images for diverse marketing channels, including product screenshots, industry conferences, and TraceLink events. Ensure all visuals are appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.

We are looking for you if you have:

  • 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a video editor and producer with photography and graphic design skills

  • Strong portfolio showcasing professional filming, editing, and graphic design work

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-moving and rapidly changing environment

  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

  • Experience working with a U.S.-based company/ability to accommodate varying time zones (EST). High degree of English proficiency. U.S. visa is a plus.
