Your opportunity
TraceLink is seeking a full time Project Manager to plan, implement, and maintain deployment initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives, develop deployment assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement, maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance, and oversee multiple deployments, ensuring deployment goals are reached.
As a Project Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders to orchestrate the deployments through deployment for our ever increasing family of cloud-based solutions including Track and Trace & Compliance, Work Management, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Health, Analytics and TraceLink's Opus Platform.
You will serve as a person who liaises and influences cross-functionally with Sr.Project Managers, Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, Services, and Marketing peers to drive company results. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the business and how all of the pieces come together from different stakeholder perspectives, toward common goals.

This position is responsible for…
Deployment Management
Liaising with product delivery teams and the assigned Sr. Project Managers to standardize and streamline the deployment processes to accelerate time to market with a complex ecosystem of independently versioned applications spanning multiple domains.
Partnering with Project Management, Product Management, Engineering, User Experience, Technical Communications, Compliance, Services, Cloud Operations and Compliance to manage the planning and execution of software deployments supporting on time, quality delivery, meeting business objectives.
Coordination of inter-team dependencies to ensure alignment, priorities and execution to drive quality, on time /deployment.
Analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming deployment risks, and producing deployment reports for management and stakeholders to increase visibility into deployment performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaising with assigned Sr. Project managers and cross-functional teams(COE, Services) to plan the deployments/annual schedules.
Directing the execution and the evaluation of new and existing deployments to identify improvements and to measure outcomes in collaboration with the project manager.
Identifying key requirements needed from cross-functional teams for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
In this role you will…
Manage and coordinate Risks, Timelines, Schedules, Resource Availability, Dependencies, deployment Dates and Communication.
Partner with STO’s/STL’s and stakeholders to deliver products to market and help our customers achieve the desired business value.
Partner with internal teams (Product Management, User Experience, Technical Communications, Services, Support, Engineering, and Executive Sponsors) to have coordination and alignment leveraging all necessary parties to ensure we deliver on time and with predictable outcome.
Execute deployment checklist and meetings. (E.g. Phase gate meetings/go/no-go).
Managing and administering Jira.
Apply TraceLink product, business process, methodology & ecosystem knowledge to drive effective deployments.
Marry the roadmap with deployment schedules and communicate with product development leadership (STO and STL’s) and business stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
3 to 5 years experience in Project coordination and deployment management for enterprise or platform companies.
Good Knowledge in SAFe Agile methodologies.
Good Knowledge in Jira and confluence.
A successful track record of leading deployments with measurable outcomes that have positively impacted the business.
Ability to interact at all levels of the organization, and with other TraceLink business areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
Work full time in our Pune Office.
Ready to work during US hours and weekends for deployments.
