Tracelink is looking for a Contract Senior Sales Recruiter to join our Sales Talent Acquisition Team. In this full life-cycle role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and closing top tier Sales and Marketing talent. In this highly visible role, you will play a critical role in supporting the rapid expansion of our Sales and Marketing organizations. We are looking for a true corporate-side head-hunter.

The role is open to support the rapid expansion of the Sales and Marketing teams. During this time support may also be required in our Sales Development, Sales Ops, Presales, and Business Management groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the talent acquisition strategy for roles including Account Managers, Sales Executives, Sales Directors, Marketing and Presales.
  • Frequently build campaigns in LinkedIn to attract well qualified top tier sales talent to TraceLink’s open roles.
  • Develop pipelines of highly qualified talent for open positions.
  • Understand the business need and candidate capability well to best fulfill the business need.
  • Drive best in class hiring processes with urgency.
  • Interview and solidly qualify candidates for a range of Sales, Sales Development, Presales, and Marketing positions.
  • Support other organizations with recruiting needs as business workload necessitates.
  • Develop internal relationships with hiring managers, executives, and the wider HR team.
  • Drive high quality candidates through the recruiting process.
  • Own the offer processes with candidates and the business – astutely recommend offers to maintain an excellent offer-to-fill rate.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of software sales recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting ERP, CRM, Supply Chain Management, Integration, or other complex software solutions would be an advantage.
  • Experience recruiting Account Managers and Sales Executives from entry level to team manager/directors.
  • Experience recruiting for Marketing/Sales Ops/Solution Consulting/Business Management would be beneficial.
  • Solid capability, and a track record of headhunting sales talent, with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to implement creative sourcing including LinkedIn Recruiter, Professional Networking, Cold calling.
  • Experience of corporate systems (HRIS/ATS) – we use Greenhouse.
  • Ability to shift priorities and maintain urgency.
  • Ability to understand our value proposition(s), various systems, and build relationships quickly.
  • First-rate written and verbal communication when dealing with internal and external communication.
