Your opportunity

TraceLink is seeking a full time Program Manager to strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives, develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement, maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance, and oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.

As a Program Management, you will partner with key stakeholders to orchestrate the software development lifecycle through deployment for our ever increasing family of cloud-based solutions including Track and Trace & Compliance, Work Management, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Health, Analytics and TraceLink's Opus Platform.

You will serve as a person who liaises and influences cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, Services, and Marketing peers to drive company results. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the business and how all of the pieces come together from different stakeholder perspectives, toward common goals.

What will you be doing?

This position is responsible for…

Software Development Lifecycle

  • Liaising with global cross-functional product delivery teams to define new, and continuously improve existing processes and procedures (SOPs) supporting quality, scale, and efficiency in execution and delivery to achieve business objectives

  • Driving the harmonization of SOPs across the multidisciplinary product teams

  • Establishing and maintaining KPIs to proactively track and monitor adherence to the SDLC processes and procedures to ensure compliance and auditability

  • Governing modifications to the tools utilized by the cross-functional product delivery teams for SDLC compliance and auditing

  • Directing the creation and maintenance of SDLC SOPs

  • Establishing an effective SDLC and tools training program to ensure stakeholder knowledge, retention and execution

Program Management

  • Liaising with product delivery teams and the assigned Project Managers to standardize and streamline the agile development and operations processes to accelerate time to market with a complex ecosystem of independently versioned applications spanning multiple domains

  • Partnering with Product Management, Engineering, User Experience, Technical Communications, Compliance, Services, Cloud Operations and Compliance to manage the planning and execution of software releases supporting on time, quality delivery meeting business objectives

  • Overseeing the coordination of inter-team dependencies to ensure alignment, priorities and execution to drive quality, on time delivery

  • Analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming program risks, and producing program reports for management and stakeholders to increase visibility into delivery performance

External Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaising with cross-functional teams(COE, Services, Business Management, Marketing, Finance and Sales) and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

  • Directing the execution and the evaluation of new and existing programs to identify improvements and to measure outcomes

  • Managing program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, coordinate and delegate cross-project, cross-department projects

  • Identifying key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and accounting for delivering against established business goals/objectives

  • Manage Risks, Timelines, Schedules, Resource Availability, Dependencies, Delivery Dates and Communication.

  • Partner with executive decision-makers and stakeholders to deliver success and help our customers achieve the desired business value

  • Partner with internal teams (Product Management, User Experience, Technical Communications, Services, Support, Engineering, and Executive Sponsors) to ensure coordination and alignment leveraging all necessary parties to ensure our success

  • Drive engagement and/or strategy, leveraging our internal partners to build a strategic and delivery roadmap tailored to the business priorities, accelerating their time to value

  • Proactively make recommendations that provide a direct P&L impact, and enhance or expand the customer’s ability to reach beyond their business goals

  • Coach and partner with project managers to ensure clarity and deliverable execution across various teams

  • Apply TraceLink product, business process, methodology & ecosystem knowledge to drive effective programs

  • Proactively build and expand business relationships that enable better product quality, time to delivery and customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

  • 7+ years experience in a role for enterprise or platform companies

  • A successful track record of leading large and complex programs with measurable outcomes that have positively impacted the business

  • The ability to effectively advise and influence cross functional teams without positional authority to gain adoption of strategic initiatives

  • The ability to quickly build momentum on a program and sustain it

  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization, and with other TraceLink business areas

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity

  • Work full time in our Pune Office
