Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will manage a wide range of administrative and executive support-related duties. Reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP), Clinical Development Operations (CDO), this role will function as a gatekeeper and first point of contact while managing a variety of responsibilities to support the Clinical Development Operations Team. The position requires an energetic individual with a “can-do” attitude who will play a crucial role in helping Structure Therapeutics grow and build on a strong scientific, quality and performance-based culture.
This role is open to Bay Area candidates and requires a minimum of three days per week in our South San Francisco office.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the SVP and Clinical Development Operations Leadership Team with initiatives/activities that support operation of the organization
- Provide support to the Clinical Development Operations Team with calendaring, meeting coordination, and prioritization for both internal and external-facing meetings
- Support preparation of complex presentations and other communications using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and related web-based programs
- Book both domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations, and prepare and process expense reports
- Collaborate with other EAs for maintenance, mailing, purchasing, supplies, and ordering equipment
- Partner with IT and HR for Clinical Development Operations onboarding activities and ongoing employee support of office equipment, and supplies
- Coordinate conference calls and web-based meetings and ensure participant scheduling communication
- Collaborate with other EAs to organize and run company events: company meetings, off-site meetings, team events, holiday parties, and other celebrations
- Maintain confidential files and contact information
- Procure meals as needed for CDO meetings and events
- Provide general support to visitors and guests
- Support the management of processing contracts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
Experience
- 5+ years general administrative experience in biotech, CRO, or Life Sciences company, preferably in Clinical, Business Development, or Sales/Marketing
- Experience in coordinating Investigator Meetings preferred.
- Experience supporting VP/SVP/C-Level Executives, professionally and responsibly, in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing varying time zones
- Prior experience at a rapidly growing biotech, CRO, and/or Life Sciences company strongly preferred
- Adept in time management and working with urgency
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to coordinate last-minute changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Proven success building and maintaining relationships of trust, respect, and support
- Demonstrated ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high degree of professionalism
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be self-directed and work to achieve objectives with little oversight
Travel Required: Study-related meetings such as Investigator Meetings on an as needed basis.

Structure Therapeutics is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $119,000 - $145,000. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geography, qualifications, skills, and experience.
At Structure, base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual performance incentive bonus, new hire equity, and ongoing performance-based equity.
