LOCATION & DURATION
All internships will be based in Shanghai office. This internship starts in June 2025 for approximately 10-12 weeks. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Summer Intern to join our dynamic HR team at Structure. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources management and contribute to key HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR, eager to learn, and ready to support the team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment data, etc.
· Support the onboarding process for new hires;
· Assist with HR documentation and vendor payment in compliance with company policies;
· Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed;
· Handle other HR-related tasks as assigned;
REQUIREMENTS
· A full-time student in an accredited program with plans to return to school in the fall
· All applicants must be at least 18 years of age by June 1, 2025.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
