As the People Operations Specialist, you will join our global People & Culture Team in supporting our employees from the moment they join Solidus Labs and throughout their journey, helping cultivate our company culture in NYC and beyond.

• Celebrate and motivate our teams by planning team events, creating meaningful individual gifting and recognition programs
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure new team members get up to speed rapidly
• Handle all day-to-day office routines to make sure that all run smoothly, including supply and snack orders, team lunches and swag orders
• Maintain US IT equipment inventory and organize vendor support for troubleshooting
• Support global internal communications efforts by preparing for and participating in companywide meetings and on-site/off-sites
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to CEO, including calendar management and meeting support

• 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a small start-up or hospitality environment
• Adaptable, with a high tolerance for change and a sense of urgency. No task is too big or too small
• Creative, with passion for employee experience and a desire to help build a unique company culture
• High degree of time management, research and organizational skills
• Able to work well autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is important
• This is a hybrid role with a 3-day a week requirement in our NYC office

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000-$105,000. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, and location.
