The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving demand generation, executing marketing programs that fuel top-of-funnel growth and sales pipeline development, and directly contributing to Solidus Labs' expansion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B marketing, particularly within finance, technology, or regulatory sectors, and a strong track record in multi-channel campaign management.
This position covers both digital and field marketing responsibilities. You will lead in-person and virtual event projects, while planning and executing integrated digital campaigns across social media, email, and other channels. Proficiency in LinkedIn campaigns (i.e. LinkedIn Ads) and HubSpot are essential. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, committed to producing high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
- Design, manage, and execute comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns end-to-end, leveraging LinkedIn Ads and other digital channels to drive top-of-funnel growth and lead generation.
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, and paid search, utilizing HubSpot for campaign execution, automation, and tracking.
- Support the production of in-person and virtual events, including webinars, podcasts, roadshows, and Solidus-hosted or third-party events, ensuring they align with overall demand generation goals.
- Develop and optimize audience targeting strategies for LinkedIn campaigns, utilizing advanced segmentation and retargeting techniques to maximize reach and engagement.
Marketing Automation and Performance Optimization:
- Leverage HubSpot for end-to-end campaign management, including email marketing, landing pages, lead nurturing workflows, and lead scoring.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics across all channels, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, email content, landing pages, and workflows to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
Third-Party Partnerships:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to maximize the reach and impact of joint marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with media outlets and event organizers to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and campaign timelines.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and campaign management.
- Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs for B2B audiences, including events, webinars, and digital channels.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn ads and HubSpot are essential, with demonstrated skills in campaign execution, automation, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance.
- Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and maintaining effective communication with remote management.
- Ability to propose ambitious, bold ideas and execute them successfully.

- East Coast, hybrid.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- A background in finance, crypto, or banking is a huge plus.
- Experience in working within regulated industries or familiarity with compliance requirements is a plus.
