The Role
Associate Solutions Architects are primarily responsible for onboarding existing customers to new product offerings, and providing product/domain expertise to the broader Client Delivery team to help bring our customer’s most complex use cases to life. In this role you are responsible for a supporting a portfolio of accounts in partnership with dedicated Senior Customer Success Manager, by providing support that clients can rely on for their day-to-day needs. You are encouraged to develop and maintain a deep understanding of their clients’ data and marketing workflows, enabling them to support clients in building useful audiences and datasets to power dynamic and targeted customer experiences. You are critical to the long-term success of our customers as you’ll be advising them on the best ways to integrate Simon to their existing Martech stack and orchestrate their highest value campaigns. We’re looking for process-oriented people, who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and who love learning.
What You’ll Do
Support technical aspects of customer requests to ensure Simon customers get value from the product as quickly as possible
Work with customer marketing, product, and engineering teams to advise them on how Simon will fit into their marketing and data stack
Translate customer use cases into workflows in Simon
Work closely with Simon Data’s sales, client success, engineering and product teams to help shape product vision and deployment strategy
Convey the voice of customers to a product and engineering team that is passionate about quality, staying ahead of the curve, teamwork, and supporting customer objectives
Qualifications
2+ years of professional work experience preferred
Ability to work independently to deliver outcomes, and collaborate with and across teams
Strong business acumen, ability to strategically partner with clients
Knowledge with complex data models and mapping business needs to technical needs and vice versa
Proficiency in SQL or another programming language
Familiarity with API’s, web/mobile SDKs, and related technologies
Results-oriented strategic thinker who is able to thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment
Intellectually curious and a problem solver
Superior emotional intelligence and communication skills
Ability to quickly absorb and comprehend the ever-changing landscape of data and marketing technology (prior knowledge a plus)
Superior presentation skills and the ability to think on your feet
Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Data Analytics, or other technical degree preferred
Nice to Haves: SQL Expertise, Understanding of cloud data warehouses and the CDP space; I.e. Snowflake
In compliance with the state and city salary transparency requirements, the potential salary for this position is from $75,000 to $90,000 which represents a range commensurate with experience.
