As a Senior User Experience Designer on the Securonix User Experience team, you will lead the visual and functional design of concepts, prototypes, and iterative milestones for SIEM and Threat Intelligence products serving private companies and public institutions globally. You will work with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customers to translate business objectives and process requirements into elegant, scalable designs that enhance usability and drive adoption. You will work on features related to security data management, data automation, agentic AI, data enrichment and visualization, and much more. This role combines expertise in design thinking, interaction design, and some cybersecurity literacy to ensure every solution delivers measurable business value and an exceptional user experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Design End-to-End Experiences: Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for SIEM and cybersecurity threat hunting-related workflows and interfaces, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

· Cross Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customers to understand requirements, user stories, and process flows; provide design input that improves clarity, usability, and efficiency.

· Apply Human-Centered Design Principles: Use research insights, usability testing, and iterative design methods to validate and refine solutions.

· Design System & Standards: Maintain consistency across Securonix modules by leveraging and expanding upon the existing design system.

· Facilitate Workshops: Lead design thinking sessions and co-creation workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and align on experience goals.

· Collaborate in Agile Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos to ensure design intent is preserved through development.

· Advocate for UX: Champion accessibility, simplicity, and user-centricity across all Securonix solutions.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay current on Securonix UI capabilities and emerging design trends to recommend enhancements.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education And Experience Required:

· Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, or similar, and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience OR in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant product design work experience.

· Expert-level Figma skills for screen design and prototyping

· Wireframing and AI-assisted rapid prototyping skills

· Strong stakeholder and project management skills

· Experience in cybersecurity industry in product or design role

· Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment

· Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills

· Proven ability to support the full product development process, from vision to launch to iteration

· Ability to advocate for the value and principles of good experience design

· Familiarity with design systems

· Experience analyzing and tracking data using tools such as Fullstory

· Experience working on B2B SAAS Enterprise solutions or related data-rich platform
