POSITION SUMMARY:

Cyber threats are evolving faster than ever — and so are we. At Securonix, we deliver world-class SIEM, UEBA, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence solutions that help enterprises detect, investigate, and respond to threats with unmatched speed and accuracy. We’re seeking a Vice President of Product who can lead a talented team of product managers to drive innovation, execution, and market impact across our entire product portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced, execution-focused Vice President of Product to own the delivery of our product roadmap across all core offerings — SIEM, UEBA, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence. You will lead a team of product managers, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to customers while maintaining our position as a cybersecurity market leader.

This role is customer-facing yet execution-driven — you will engage with top clients and analysts while focusing on delivering high-quality, stable, and innovative products on time. You'll also work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and maximize market success.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of product managers, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Own execution of the Securonix product roadmap across SIEM, UEBA, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence offerings.
  • Contribute to product vision and long-term strategy in partnership with the executive leadership team.
  • Act as a primary product voice with customers, prospects, and analysts to validate direction and maintain market relevance.
  • Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to drive successful launches and ongoing adoption.
  • Implement and refine product delivery processes to improve speed, quality, and cross team coordination.
  • Ensure competitive differentiation by evolving and scaling our mature product suite while introducing market-leading capabilities

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 8+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
  • Required: Experience with SIEM, UEBA, and/or SOAR; Threat Intelligence experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling mature enterprise cybersecurity products.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex roadmaps on time while ensuring product stability and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security operations, threat detection, and threat
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a player-coach mindset.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable influencing across all levels of an organization.
  • US-based; remote work supported.
