About the Role:

As a Product Operations Lead, you will be critical in driving efficiency, scalability, and alignment across our product organization. Reporting to the Product Management organization, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure seamless execution of product development and go-to-market strategies. Your work will directly impact how our SaaS products are built, launched, and scaled, enabling our teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Execution & Program Management

• Oversee and drive execution of multiple product development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

• Implement best practices for product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and beyond.

• Serve as a key liaison between product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.

Process Optimization & Operational Efficiency

• Identify and implement improvements to product development workflows, tooling, and collaboration frameworks.

• Establish and maintain dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and KPIs to measure value, adoption, performance, cost, and operational efficiency.

• Drive adoption of best practices in Agile, Lean, and product development methodologies.

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

• Provide clear, consistent updates to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and milestones.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, decision-making forums, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.

• Own and refine documentation standards, ensuring information is centralized and accessible across teams.

Risk Management & Scalability

• Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in product execution and drive resolution.

• Develop scalable frameworks for product operations to support a growing product portfolio.

• Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure feedback loops are integrated into the product development process.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or New Product Introduction (NPI) in a SaaS environment.

• Strong background in cross-functional coordination, particularly across product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

• Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics and KPIs to drive operational improvements.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile methodologies and driving Agile best practices within product teams.

• Proven track record of risk mitigation and ensuring operational excellence at scale.

• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile certifications are a plus.

• Prior experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS products is highly desirable.
