As the Manager of pricing and Packaging, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of the Securonix Unified Defense SIEM platform.

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and strategic Manager of Pricing and Packaging to lead the development and execution of pricing strategies and packaging solutions for our cybersecurity SaaS product. In this critical role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue, ensure competitive positioning, and align our offerings with customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Pricing Strategy Development:
  • Design, implement, and optimize pricing strategies that balance revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify pricing opportunities and trends.
  • Model and forecast the financial impact of pricing decisions on revenue, margin, and profitability.
  • Create and maintain price lists and pricing calculators.
• Packaging Development:
  • Develop and refine product packaging strategies to align with customer needs, use cases, and value propositions.
  • Define tiered plans, add-ons, and bundles to ensure flexibility for diverse customer segments.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to articulate the value of each package clearly and compellingly.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, finance, product management, and customer success teams to gather insights and align pricing strategies with company goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on pricing structures, value communication, and negotiation strategies.
  • Interface with Revenue Operations and Financial Operations teams, providing guidance on non-standard deals, pricing, and packaging.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing and packaging in discussions with executive leadership, sales teams, and customers.
• Data Analysis and Optimization:
  • Leverage data-driven insights to assess and improve pricing effectiveness and customer value perception continuously.
  • Monitor pricing performance and propose adjustments based on customer feedback, market conditions, and product lifecycle stages.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track the success of pricing and packaging strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, packaging, or product management, ideally within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling, pricing frameworks, and customer behavior analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with SaaS pricing models, including subscription-based and usage-based pricing.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with pricing tools, analytics platforms, and A/B testing methodologies.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
