POSITION SUMMARY:
Securonix is looking for a highly motivated Sales Enablement Program Manager (UK) to help evolve our enablement function. Working with our sales, channel, marketing, product and customer success teams, this enablement role is critical in ensuring strategic alignment across divisions, developing training, and driving sales productivity and effectiveness initiatives. We are looking for a flexible team player with excellent program management skills in addition to experience developing, facilitating, and delivering training programs to various sales audiences.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement, and maintain a role-based onboarding program that incorporates live, online, and hands-on training for all Go-To-Market roles.
- Responsible for foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop and update sales playbooks to support sales motions within the organization.
- Partner with leadership to identify, track, and measure revenue based KPIs to measure ramp time and seller productivity.
- Own relationships with external enablement partners for instructor-led training and our sales enablement platform (MindTickle).
- Responsible for tracking and analysis of courseware and sales enablement content usage, along with systems management of MindTickle to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities and resources sellers need.
- Supports internal GTM Enablement events, including but not limited to, Annual Sales Kickoff, Management Offsites, and in-person training.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in sales enablement, direct sales, or sales-supporting role in a high growth SaaS company (cybersecurity experience preferred).
- Extensive knowledge of sales enablement tools, processes, and best practices. Salesforce and LMS experience required - MindTickle Experience highly preferred.
- Familiarity with sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation), and modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment.
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, problem solving skills.
- High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; must have experience collaborating with sales managers and direct sales teams.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates and addresses problems before they arise and works cross-departmentally to deliver holistic enablement content.
- Self-learner who can learn to use new technologies with minimal guidance as the role’s tech-stack shifts to meet evolving needs.
