We’re seeking a detail-oriented Customer Marketing Specialist passionate about driving change and growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in delighting and engaging our existing customer base. This role will be responsible for developing and executing customer marketing strategies to drive customer awareness of upcoming product launches, drive retention, loyalty, and advocacy.


  • Execute on customer marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty across various channels, including email marketing, customer newsletters, webinars, events, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and marketing, to develop and execute customer marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Leverage marketing content and communications to nurture and retain existing customers, promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and encourage advocacy and referrals.
  • Maintain customer segmentation strategies defined by management and incorporate product or customer messages and offers to specific customer segments.
  • Monitor and analyze customer engagement and satisfaction metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with the demand generation team to develop targeted marketing campaigns to re-engage inactive or at-risk customers. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer marketing and customer experience.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer marketing, retention marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of executing successful customer marketing strategies (email, social, events) that drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce, 6sense, and other marketing tools and technologies.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
