As the Demand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns to create lead generation, sales opportunities, and ensure alignment with business goals. You will partner with product marketing, content and brand teams, and have the opportunity to create innovative solutions to support the marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global marketing and ABM programs aligned with business objectives to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, collaborating with sales teams to ensure alignment.
  • Work with content and product marketing team members, incorporate messaging and content in campaign tactics that align to different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Utilize various channels including email, social media, events, digital advertising, and content syndication to engage target accounts.
  • Implement account-specific marketing campaigns leveraging personalization and automation.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, optimizing programs for maximum impact.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and ABM initiatives effectively.

What We Will Require of You:

  • 3 years of experience in marketing demand generation or related roles, preferably for a SaaS company.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing technology platforms and tools, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software. (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, 6Sense etc).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving results and delivering measurable business impact through marketing operations initiatives.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines.
