RareCyte is currently seeking a global Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing commercial team. This role will provide lead generation and administrative support to our global Sales Directors as well as contribute to effective development and execution of sales enablement & promotional marketing activities. A strong candidate will be a proactive communicator, proficient in the daily use of Salesforce CRM and have a scientific background.
RareCyte is a life sciences company focused on the research, development, manufacturing, and commercial sales of transformational Precision Biology platforms that include instruments, consumables, and services for multiplex tissue analysis in spatial biology and rare cell detection and characterization for liquid biopsy. Our discovery/translational/diagnostic applications have been adopted by leading research institutions and BioPharma companies world-wide for research and clinical programs in the areas of oncology, immunology, maternal-fetal health, and infectious disease.

Lead Generation/Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Support deployment of focused marketing campaigns for demand generation and customer acquisition
  • Become proficient in data imaging tools and own the creation of outbound imaging collateral
  • Own and create scientific promotional collateral with guidance from the Marketing Director
  • Own social media platforms, outreach, and metrics
  • Establish, maintain, and report metrics for promotional marketing activities
  • Support field activities such as attendance at trade shows and conferences
  • Maintain catalog of sales and marketing collateral in CRM and internal repositories
  • Lead Management
  • Manage and prequalify inbound leads to share with field sales team
  • Support sales enablement and opportunity / account management
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify improvement opportunities within the CRM workflow
  • Coordinate with external CRM technical support team to execute workflow improvements
  • Become proficient using tools to provide sales team support on an as-needed basis including creation of quotations, response to customer queries and product order fulfillment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science – ideally in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications or Business
  • Scientific (biology/oncology) background or experience required
  • 2+ years demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Administrator-level proficiency highly desirable)
  • Experience or familiarity using marketing automation systems such as Pardot desirable
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Previous sales / commercial operations experience or exposure highly desirable
  • Enthusiasm for cutting edge Life Science technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
The base salary range represents an estimated range for this position in the Seattle area. Determining a base wage will be based on several factors which include skill set, level of education, experience and qualifications, as well as the comparison to existing RareCyte employees in the position. Some roles may also qualify for additional compensation such as bonus, commission, stock options and travel allowance.
