Responsibility

We're looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist with solid problem solving skills, and effectiveness in managing competing priorities. You will support staff in troubleshooting desktop, software and hardware related issues in a timely, friendly and collaborative manner.

  • Install & configure computer hardware, software, systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Provide technical support across the company. Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve all IT issues requested by employees, including but not limited to repair or replace parts, debugging laptop issues, software update, and etc.
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain audio/video and conferencing equipment.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and support on office network and server environments.
  • Other duties as assigned
