Role Overview

Responsible for carrying out fermentation and cell culture operations for bacterial and yeast processes. The role involves operating bioreactors, monitoring critical parameters, and ensuring GMP-compliant production.

Key Responsibilities

Upstream Processing (Fractionation & Fermentation)

• Assist in executing bacterial and yeast fermentation processes as per SOPs.
  
• Support plasma fractionation using standard protocols.
  
• Operate or assist with USP equipment such as:
  
• Centrifuges
  
• Filter Press Units
  
• Bioreactors/Fermenters
  
• Perform CIP & SIP operations under supervision.
  
• Monitor and learn process automation tools like SCADA/DCS.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GMP standards.
  

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of USP (training provided).
  
• Interest in working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong learning capability and willingness to work hands‑on.
  
• Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

• Experience level: 1 - 3 years
