Role Summary:
Paradigm Health is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to own and expand our Academic Medical Center (AMC) partnerships. This role is critical to transforming those foundational relationships into deep, enterprise-level partnerships. You will lead the operationalization, growth, and long-term success of AMC partnerships—acting as a senior external-facing representative while driving internal alignment across sales, product, engineering, and implementation. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization and direct influence on Paradigm’s clinical research growth strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Own and expand AMC partnerships post-acquisition, deepening relationships and driving increased adoption of Paradigm’s solutions
- Build and manage relationships across all levels, including senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to deliver value and unlock growth opportunities
- Lead partnership operations, including performance tracking, reporting, and alignment across provider success teams
Who you are:
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare technology, or customer success, ideally with exposure to AMCs or large health systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience navigating complex, multi-site environments
- Background in program/project management and cross-functional execution; comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
- Prior people management experience, with the ability to build and scale teams over time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience in clinical trials or oncology
- Background in Consulting
- MBA or business-focused academic background
- Experience with post-merger integration
The base compensation range is $180,000 – $220,000 USD per year. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and location.
