About the Role
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will craft compelling ad scripts and copy for high-impact performance campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Google. Key Responsibilities
1. Script writing for Performance Ads
• Develop engaging, persuasive, and conversion-focused video ad scripts.
Understanding of how to improve hook and hold
• Tailor scripts to suit platform-specific performance formats.
2. Ad Copy writing
• Write clear, impactful, and high-performing copy for social media and search campaigns.
3. Trend & Audience Analysis
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and audience insights.
• Integrate learning into creative development.
4. Performance Optimisation
• Monitor key ad metrics and identify opportunities to refine creatives.
• Continuously iterate scripts and copy to improve performance.
5. Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with designers and video editors to ensure seamless translation of scripts into compelling videos/visuals.
6. Shoot Participation
• Attend shoots to guide execution and align the final output with the creative vision.
7. Performance Analysis
• Use campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and evolve creative strategy.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Copy writing, Advertising, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in copy writing, preferably for D2C brands or in performance-marketing (in agencies)
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Google ads, including creative best practices.
• Ability to combine creative storytelling with analytical decision-making.
• Excellent command of English and Hindi with strong narrative skills.
